A humble church situated off the R24 highway near Edenvale. A project requiring much thought on a way forward, with the amalgamation of two conjoined properties, parking limitations and peculiar requirements. This has been a long back and forth process with discussions/designs/proposals since 2013. An addition to accommodate for a mixed use purpose to allow for a supplementary income involving: office space, large open spaces to allow for a conference type venue, coffee shops as well as certain play areas for kids of all ages. Many ideas were put on the table, from bridging the two sites to the complete demolition of certain existing structures on site. Settling on the latter we began investigating a 3 story building in order to accommodate all requirements.
